Over 30 years of Financial Services experience with a major focus on the Property & Casualty Insurance and Reinsurance sector of the industry. Strong focus and success has been in the financial and business-building segments through profitable bottom line results while generating new opportunities for the respective businesses.

Career responsibilities include all disciplines from underwriting to finance to mergers and acquisitions/joint ventures, and creating alternative risk structures (captives, protected cells and RRG’s).

 

Paul Norman
Over 25 years of owning and operating multiple platforms in the distribution of Property & Casualty insurance.  Experience in direct and wholesale production to developer and managing general underwriter of nationally recognized industry-niche programs.

A strong business acumen has provided the foundation for many start-up operations, successful mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures.
